Yorkshire Trout Fishing

Jim Curry Flyfishing has access to over 13 miles of excellent River Wharfe trout water. This beautiful river has a well deserved reputation of being one of the top trout streams in the country.

Jim caught his first trout on the Wharfe at the age of 8 and has been fishing it ever since. Now living over looking its banks Jim is ideally placed to share the great fishing and stunning surroundings the river has to offer.

His biggest wild brown trout from the Wharfe was 3 1/2lbs, but the biggest he has witnessed was while guiding Ron Welch and weighed over 6 3/4lbs!

Unfortunately JCFF cannot guarantee such results, but we can certainly improve
your chances.

So why not join Jim and learn new techniques as well as polishing existing skills and get the most out of your time on the river.
