Destination: Iceland

Iceland has always been perceived as hugely expensive and unattainable, but it does not have to be. For those that know, Iceland can provide one of the most adaptable fishing programs available. A full week is not necessary if not wanted, and is often too much for those travelling on business or with their families.

It is possible to fish a different river every day or for a day if that is your wont. Varying degrees of accommodation, guiding and other activities make Iceland one of the most unique and diverse salmon fishing destinations. We will tailor make your itinerary to ensure you have great fishing, accommodation, and a true experience of this amazing country.

For 2008 we are putting a package together especially for the single-handed fly-fisher.

This will consist of fishing several small to medium-sized rivers for salmon, seatrout and arctic char.

The fishing is mainly sight-fishing well within the capabilities of most British fly-fishermen, but you have the chance to catch salmon into double figures, trout in the 5 pound+ range and arctic char, which fight like a fish three-times their size, in the 2-5lb category.
